Cheese Flavour Sauce Mix

I’ve been using this mix for years, I think it was 2015. Taste is incredible, I simply love it. I tried other mixes like Tesco’s and Asda’s but this is the best. I usually add in a pinch of saffron or turmeric for making it yellow, but it’s just a trick. They say to use 300ml cold water or unsweetened plant based milk, what I usually do is mixing 150ml water and 150 plant based cream. It turns out SO creamy! I also add in a bit of black pepper and nutritional yeast to make it extra cheesy. It’s simply perfect, your Mac n Cheese will never be the same! I usually buy it at Holland & Barrett although years ago was sold at Sainsburys as well.

A nice choice to give your vegan meal an extra taste. 

Does make a reasonably ok cheese type of sauce, but is pretty bland. Definitely use with plant milk rather than water 🌱💚

It took me a while to perfect my vegan cheese sauce for lasagne and mac & cheese, so I went through period of trying packet mixes. This is pretty decent if you can't be bothered to make it from scratch, although it's not as thick and creamy.
