Portobello Veggie Balls

Made a “meatball” sandwich with vegan cheese! It was delicious! 

I tried these as a “veggie ball” sandwich with vegan cheese. They were dry but were okay with the sauce, bread and cheese.

These were great! We enjoyed these with a mushroom marinara sauce too. It was really flavorful.

Found these on sale so I tried them. Did not like the taste, will not buy again. #veganuary
