This is a very versatile firm tofu. I can do basically everything with it, great

for scramble or pan seared with soy sauce. Also good value for money if you get it at Costco. #tierradeanimales

O Tofu que mais gosto é o de textura firme pois ele é mais fácil

de ser manuseado e preparado.
Mesmo o Tofu tendo um gosto muito característico, na minha opinião, essa marca tem um gosto mais suave. Claro que o sabor é resultado dos temperos usados na preparação, mas achei que o sabor da soja não é tão acentuado.
O preço é bem acessível já que 400g rendem pelo menos 4 porções.

When I first joined abillion I had an exchange asking "what makes for good tofu?"

I still don't know but I can say that this one didn't impress. I like that tofu can take on the flavours that it's seasoned or marinated in but I think this one may have absorbed most of its packaging "essence". Not one you waste, I tried another recipe - tofu taco crumble, a base for my pizza. Should have went with black beans instead. Needless to say ... so I won't. I'm sure you can guess. 😉
