I get horrible cystic acne on my chin right before my period starts. I’ve been on these about 3 weeks and so far I have none!! They are delicious like little gummy lifesavers.

I’ve had terrible hormonal acne for a number of years now, but since taking these for the last month and a half my skin is the next it’s been in years. Not perfect, but a very dramatic improvement.
