Delicious. Only note is that it’s in plastic which is sad. We ate it with
zaatar pita chips and it was very enjoyable.

Fauxmagerie - made locally in Ottawa - has many flavors of their cashew cheese. This
it one of my favorites. Great for spreading in on crackers or using to add thicker creaminess in a sauce or combining it with another vegan cheese on a pizza or grilled cheese... it's surprisingly versatile.

Very tasty. My non vegan guests enjoyed this too. A little expensive, but so is
a good dairy based cheese. A nice treat that I would buy again.
