Nutritional Yeast Flakes PROTEIN & FIBRE

A good choice to put some extra protein to your vegan meal. 

Love their nutritional yeast! It is very tasteful and full of nutrients, along with protein 

It is a delicious, nutritionally rich seasoning(especially in terms of protein and fibre) that can be applied in a variety of meals, and is quite affordable if used in moderate amounts.

In my opinion, its taste falls slightly behind its B12 fortified counterpart, but is pleasant, nevertheless.

Not a huge difference in how this tastes compared to the standard one they do, it might be slightly stronger but that’s about it. The nutritional benefits of this one are good but I will probably stick to the added B12 nooch
