Score! I have found it hard to find great vegan chocolate, but this one is a winner! The 75% cocoa level of this bar lends it a nice deep flavor, but unlike in other vegan chocolate that I’ve tried, there is still some creaminess left. And the little berry bits are so lovely in this bar — bright and fruity. There — i finished the bar while typing this review. It’s awesome!

These #chocolate bars 🍫 were on sale for $2.50 (a great value), so I tried to pick up a few of the newer oat milk flavors to bring home for the family. This dark #chocolate bar is 75% cocoa and has both blueberries and raspberries mixed throughout the bar. I love that they are switching to a plant based milk that's more in line with the company's values and mission. I also love that 10% of sales from these bars go to organizations that help protect wildlife, which is incredible. Endangered species also source cocoa from local and family farms and have made sure to adopt ethical practices as the chocolate industry is brutal. These bars are always a great price, with great quality and taste great. The packaging is always so beautiful and pleasing to the eye. I actually like to give these as part of gifts or little 'thank yous.' My dad is a huge #chocoholic, and if he approves, that means they're good in my book! Damn I feel deceived 🥺 I saw #oatmilk and got all excited, thinking this would be the latest addition to the [#]teammylkchocolate collection, but it's actually #darkchocolate 😥 Needless to say, the creamy sweetness of mylk chocolate would have worked better to balance out the tartness/acidity of #berries, even for a #berrylover like me 😪 That aside, still a good #chocoholic fix ☺️
Anyway, the best part of this was the #plasticfree packaging 💪🙌 Of which the inner surface was used to share some really interesting info about frogs 🐸 I'm under pressure from my personal trainer to up my daily protein intake to 150g; so if 1/3 of this bar contains 2g of proteins, does that mean I can eat 25 bars a day? 😈

Yes yes yes! The oat milk makes for a creamy texture and the combo of berries and dark chocolate is a winner. These often go on sale so stock up when you can! Two squares a day is my rx! #uplandspeak
