Keep your balance hydrating toner

This smells incredible! This is the first toner I've used that isn't in a spray bottle so I need to find something reusable to apply it with so I'm not using cotton balls everyday. Love it!!

Love the smell of this toner and it really cleanses whatever the face cleanser misses. 

I've been using this a little over a month now and to be honest I don't think it's doing anything for my skin. It does feel very nice and refreshing, but for that reason alone I won't repurchase it.
