So the other day I smelled a very nice perfume named “Baccarat rouge 540 by

Maison Francis Kurkdjian and loved it. I did some research and found out they are cruelty free but they are not clear on being Vegan or not. So I’ve heard about “dossier” perfumes making the same smell but Vegan, cruelty free and for the fraction of the price and no middle man to mark up. The one they had close to the rouge 540 called “Amber Saffron” and I ordered it. I just received it and tried it and I must say I am impressed. I would say 90% the smell is exactly like the rouge. So if you like a scent out there and you can’t get it for ethical reasons I strongly recommend dossier. The better news is if you for any reason did not like it you can easily return it and get your money back. They will recycle the returns. So all and all a very ethical company. Another point is when I was reading about dossier the only negative comment was that “is it ethical to copy other companies scents “ although I strongly believe that copying is not ethical, my only argument is if these companies wouldn’t harm another being for their perfumes and colognes, I would have personally paid the price for their talent. unfortunately the animal tasting and using their flash and blood in making someone smell better does not sit well with me.

This is a scent dupe for a *VERY* expensive fragrance called Baccarat Rouge 540. I

have never smelled the "original" so I don't know how close it is, but I can tell you this smells like a very wealthy person 😂
I think it's too strong for me. It smelled nice in the room where I sprayed it on myself, I think some notes stuck around in the room that were more pleasant than what it smelled like on me. I think I may return it.
