High protein milk alternative. I prefer oat milk to soy milk taste wise but soy
milk has far more protein. And other benefits for the skin, hair and nails.

Very tasty. Calcium enriched soy milks can be quite close to the taste of milk
(but perhaps not in consistency) and this is one of them. Low in sugar, has some protein. Good price.
