Jambalaya

Very bland - expect a jambalaya to be spicy with some protein incl veg ingredients. This is basically some frozen mixed veg pack cooked with rice in a bit of a tomato sauce.

Tasty, satisfying and nutritious. Needed beans or chickpeas but overall it was a good meal. 

A flavourful mix of rice and crunchy vegetables 🫛🌽🥕 I enjoyed this but didn’t find it that satisfying on its own - definitely needed some kind of protein on the side.
