I was really excited about this sandwich, but the flavour combo aside, it needed something
extra like vegan cheese or protein/meat alternative. The beetroot would be nicer shredded instead of little cubes. Wasn’t awful, and would maybe get again, but it was a little disappointing. Marked vegan.
