So perfect for baking vegan desserts. Every Sunday morning, I make vegan blueberry pancakes that take baking powder and I use this for the best pancakes.

This is a good baking powder to have in the pantry. I don't bake often, so I mostly use it to make protein waffles. But it's been great when I actually try baking something like cookies or muffins.
