Was bought for me — not sure what to do with this, but says for breading.. May try breading tofu. I tried it plain before, it tastes plain/bland

This is a great product. You can use it as a crust for tofu, a polenta like dish or even a meat alternative. Flavor is minimal and can handle any spices.

I tried the plain version and while there isn't much flavour, it's a great base for whatever flavour you wish to add. I love how jam packed it is for protein and fiber. Keto friendly. Very close to couscous. And a package goes a long way in terms of multiple meals for an individual or ability to serve a decent number of people off one package.
