Sometimes as a vegan, I find it difficult to discover good plant-based pancake mixes. This one I found at Wal-Mart, no complaints thus far! Other than bananas, I like to spread almond butter with strawberries on top. What do you like on your morning cakes? 💚

I love the “just add water” style pancake mix for camping, and this is one of the best ones yet. They turned out really fluffy!! They tasted healthy due to the whole wheat flour, but not that boring cardboard flavor that whole wheat flour sometimes has. They were awesome with some pure maple syrup. Will be buying again!

I wasnt a fan of these pancakes. They are too "healthy" tasting and they cook weird - somehow I got a hole in my pancake when I flipped it! I'll still eat them as they weren't awful, and maybe they will grow on me but probably not.
