This fantastic Buddha bowl began with a base of quinoa deliciousness - I use a lot of Bob’s Red Mill products. I trust the brand, the price is good and i know i will always get a good outcome to my recipe. The quinoa is no exception!

Usually cook a whole bunch of quinoa for the week and add in dishes for added nutrients ...here in my mushroom, cabbage potato soup! 😋🌱❤️
