Got this at Costco in Seattle, though I think it’s available in a number of cities. It’s a little pricey for a small tub, but VERY delicious. It’s thick and creamy, and can be eaten chilled or heated. It definitely has some heat (note 2 out of three 🔥🔥 on the packaging), and the jalapeño chunks are visible, but it’s also got an EXCELLENT creaminess. We put it in nachos and while it didn’t “melt” like cheese, it warmed up and we just spread it around and it was delicious. Would definitely buy again.
