Hand-Tossed Pizza Kale & Mushroom

Love this pizza! Definitely one of the best frozen vegan pizzas I've had. 

On a frozen pizza scale, this is not the worst BUT it didn’t live up to the hype at all for me. Saw great reviews and had high expectations. Flavor was okay but there’s an overwhelming amount of crust - not like the photo. I baked exactly as instructed for 8 minutes on the middle rack and the crust became incredibly hard but the middle was still cold. Didn’t enjoy it but could see how it would be nice if there wasn’t so much crust and it cooked appropriately. A real disappointment, especially for the price. Bought a few varieties so let’s just hope this one was an oddball.
