Bio Tempeh

Tempeh bio. Gusto buono e consistenza ottima per fare un bel ragù! 

Tempeh biologico, finalmente disponibile anche in negozi più comuni (non specializzati. Trovato alla Migros (Ticino, CH)).
Ottimo con un mix di verdure tipo ratatouille 😋

The taste is good. It's very fulfilling. But I don't like that it has a double package, too much plastic. My last recipe: cut in cubes, panfry with olive oil and onions, add black olives, white wine,salt, rosmarine and sage. Cook for 10 minutes

It’s been few weeks that I have discovered the tempeh.
It is very good and it can be eaten by babies as well. I would steam it and then marinate it in soya sauce and olive oil for several hours in the fridge.
