Kokosdessert mit Heidelbeere (Coconut Dessert with Blueberry)

This fermented coconut desert with blueberries 🫐 is delicious!! Almost like a yogurt but even softer & creamier! It is sweeter than a yogurt, though.
All organic ingredients: 77.4% light coconut milk; cane sugar; 8% blueberries; corn starch; rice starch; agar-agar and lemon juice concentrate

Coconut has been my favourite base for yoghurts so far 😊 this blueberry version tastes great and it's not too sweet.
