Did you know that it isn’t a challenge to make vegan churros? When I embraced veganism I realise many recipes do not pale in comparison to what I grew up eating. In fact it is a whole new world of taste colours and creativity.
This is one of my all time fav snack and I thought I will never get to eat them ever cos I have never seen vegan versions of churros. Till I googled vegan churros. They are delicious.. no difference from how I remembered them and utterly impressed and contented with this animal friendly recipe.
