Marinated Chilli & Lime Jackfruit

This was a good option if you like flavoured pulled jackfruit. More onion and coconut sugar than chilli/lime but I'm not complaining! I had it with rice and a couple of veges I had handy.

Where did you buy this and do they come in other flavours? :)

I bought it at New World in Christchurch. They seem to have them at every new world. I think this might be the only flavour this brand has.

We have used this jackfruit in a number of Mexican recipes - specifically tacos and enchiladas. The jackfruit cooks well and is a welcome but not overpowering flavour. Would recommend.

Loved adding this to a wrap with spinach and avocado. Quick easy and delicious lunch!
