This 🍋 Lemon & Ginger 🫚 Chocolate Bar by Back to Nature is sooooo good! I love the tiny bits of ginger throughout it, and since there’s rice milk in the ingredients it tastes light like milk chocolate.
This bar is certified #glutenfree , #organic , and #kosher . This is a product of Belgium and 69% of the ingredients are #fairtrade , there are zero artificial flavors in the ingredients, but there is however sunflower lecithen in the ingredients, which is an emulsifier and not always welcomed by chocolate purists / connoisseurs, but I was willing to make the exception since the sound of ginger & lemon mixed with chocolate sounded right up my alley.
