For £1 this makes 4 decent pancakes which was enough for us and our dog,

of course! So easy, just add 290ml oat milk and shake for a minute and pour into the pan! The taste was exactly how I remember pancakes to be, soft and fluffy in the middle with a slightly crispy edge. Had ours with coconut sugar, orange juice and elmlea double plant cream!! Delicious 😋

I always made amazing pancakes for the family, so looking for options. I didn't have Oat Milk so used Sweetened Soya (Alpro Growing Milk) so they were sweeter than normal but worked. I also whisked up in a Kitchen Chef to smooth out. Pan needs a light oil, and I'd do low and slow to side one side from getting burnt as found it sticky, could be because of the sugar in the milk though
