日本ではのり弁当が有名で、ご飯の上全面に海苔が乗っていて、白身魚フライ、ちくわの天ぷら、漬物、きんぴらごぼうなどが所狭しと乗っているお弁当です。白身魚フライに似せたフライは、恐らく豆腐とオートミールで作られています。舞茸の天ぷら、きんぴらごぼう、大根の漬物、そして、全面に海苔。とても美味しく、久しぶりにのり弁当を食べた気分になりました。値段も手頃です。
