It appears you can do lots more with this, but I haven't tried yet. Cooks SO fast, which is really nice, and doesn't bubble over and make a mess on the stove like my oatmeal always does!
I have found the holy grail! Unfortunately oats are not alkalizing. But IÂ found this gem at Grocery Outlet for $2.99 and man it is so perfect and really satisfied my pms cravings for starches
This is versatile. It can be a hot cereal, used in baking , or as a topping. Love quinoa
