Especially easy to prepare - only 16 minutes in a microwave. Perfect sauce to solids
ratio. Great veg. Although, it was the kind of dish I gradually felt like I was over as I moved through it, like it's not the sort of dish I would have every week in my rota.

For a busy working person, with little time to spare, the Allplants products are a
convenient meal option. This is one of the better ones I tried so far. It has a good pesto flavour but is not as creamy as I hoped for, perhaps because I overheated it during cooking. The dishes are quite expensive so the jury is still out until I have tried all the ones I selected on my first order. This particular one, though, I would try again
