Soft apricots. Fresh apricots are in season rn again but when they’re not this is a great alternative. They somehow manage to keep them moist and super tasty in the bag 🎉 They’re from Malatya (Turkey 🇹🇷) #pridemonth

A bit sour, I would prefer to pick them more mature, but a delicious and healthy snack, haven't tried it in cooking yet!
