Vegan camembert nut roasts

At £3.99 and cook from frozen, I got these in for a lazier Sunday. We had them today with other traditional roast trimmings. The cheese was tasty and cheesy and very melty! We also both enjoyed the roast being largely veg. Seasoned nicely and surprisingly filling!

Putting a gooey vegan cheese inside a normally dry nut roast is a great idea! A bit bland but comes alive with a bit of salt.
