Nutrisional yeast

I never really understood what nutritional yeast was or how to use it. Aldi leads the way again ....seems it's more versatile than I thought and can even be eaten straight from the tin as a melt in the mouth snack! 😂

High fibre and protein, B12 iron and folic acid, but the best thing for me was the taste, really cheesy, stronger flavour than other nooch out there, yummy.
