I was shocked when I tasted it plain. I was silly to expect to to taste like pasta. It had a strong taste to me, but once mixed with whatever its fine. Need to be careful not to overcook as it can get quite soft quite quickly! Bit weird that it has a serving and a half in the bag though! I can't remember exactly how much it was but compared to normal pasta it is a bit expensive! #abillionturns3

Does the job and v healthy, but doesn’t hold its shape and flavour like red lentil pasta does. Rarely mushy/grainy texture even when cooked al dente so for that reason I won’t buy again
