Bio Organic Langkorn Reis

Il riso mi piace in tutti i modi. Spesso lo faccio in bianco con un po' di olio e salsa di soia, accompagnato con Dahl di lenticchie e insalatina 🌿😋

Riso Langkorn preso da Lidl. Leggero, molto buono 

Average organic long grains rice with a slightly too sweet aftertaste. Cooks and gets sticky rather quickly so be careful to respect the time indicated on the packaging. I used it to do a risotto alla milanese with saffron ( I know that two doses are too much but I love to feel the taste!!) , a bit of minced parsley and of course brewer's yeast flakes. Since it gets easily creamy it was perfect for risotto and I bet it could be suitable to do some arancine as well. Can't wait to try that!
