된장 Doenjang

Part 2 of my Korean kitchen staple review! This soybean paste is ridiculously easy to

use and made for a comforting stew (Doenjang Jjigae) that warmed my insides during Norwegian winters. An additional benefit is the fact that it is filled with probiotics from its fermentation process!

Used this to replicate my favourite doenchang/soybean paste soup from Sunny Korean Cuisine restaurant. Not

quite the same, but still tasty.
