As I’m procrastinating finishing my top 10 music lists, I thought about my top eats of the year. It is pretty hard to compare dishes to fruit to packaged products so I decided to focus only on 2023 released packaged food products (not including produce). Top 10 was not enough and top 20 seemed like overkill, so here are my top 15 vegan products that were released in 2023! (Top 5 in photos)

beckyyy It depends what you’re comparing it to, but I would say yes! There’s some specifically vegan products and also a lot of naturally and accidentally vegan items. There’s some good deals on nuts and many of the produce items. 1 likeReply
acastillon What a cool list! Those all sound amazing! Have been trying to find the kimbap here, but so far the search has been fruitless. Excited to try that one out.

kyu Good luck! It was such a struggle to get the kimbap… My store implemented a 3-per-customer rule, and even then it’s usually sold out. One of those situations where I’m mostly happy yet also slightly vexed at the success of a vegan product! 2 likesReply
acastillon @kyu yeah it's like impossible to find it here! They said they get 1 case a day at most. I tried going at different times, but no luck so far. But yes, glad that a vegan item is so popular! 🙂2 likesReply

beckyyy Nice! These are all such solid bands. 😊. Thank you for sharing! I didn’t post my music info on here as I imagine you’re probably the only person who would care! I have a few friends that exchange lists every year so we can compare and catch what we missed/learn about some new stuff. I had a hard time this year as so much stuff fell into a few of the same categories - which I love but have been overdone and watered down (bass-heavy post punk and semi-folky indie). I had to include an EP to round out my top 10 but here goes:

myblissfuljourney I’ve tried very few of the items on your list because I don’t have a Trader Joe’s nearby but I will say the miyoko’s Cinnamon Raisin I just tried and logged in the last couple of days and it exceeded my expectations for sure! 1 likeReply
