Nothing better on a Saturday after a long run than a bowl of pasta. I whipped up some pesto using my homegrown basil, spinach, garlic, pistachios, pine nuts, olive oil, and salt. And then tossed in a heap of nooch when I was mixing it all together. Green, cheesy and oh so good!

gattaviola I’ve tried spinach in pesto, it sounds good, I’ll definitely give it a try! Can I suggest you put some sun dried tomato in oil next time you make it, it gives the pesto another layer of deliciousness 😊1 likeReply
