This is Angie and she has just been part of our family for 8 years ❤️. She was Fermín's roommate for many years.

Angie came after being rescued from a rancher in the north. She shattered her hoof and the rancher thought it would be better and cheaper to cut it off with an ax than veterinary treatment.
Luckily she was able to be cured before coming to the Sanctuary.

Angie is lovely. She is very shy and she followed Fermín everywhere, she had a very hard time with his death but thanks to little Esther she has already passed her grief 🙏.

She loves to be given leaves and being so small in size, she does very well.
She was going to be one of those victims who doesn't count if she wants to in the statistics. Who die on the farm itself, victim of the brutality with which the livestock treats the animals.
But she was very lucky and now she has a family that adores her and will always take care of her and love her.

Ella es Angie y acaba de hacer 8 años formando parte de nuestra familia ❤️. Era la compañera de habitación de Fermín desde hacía muchos años.

Angie vino tras ser rescatada de un ganadero del norte. Ella se destrozó una pezuña y el ganadero pensó que sería mejor y más barato cortarla con un hacha que un tratamiento veterinario.
Por suerte se le pudo curar antes de venir al Santuario.

Angie es encantadora. Es muy tímida y seguía a Fermín a todas partes, lo pasó muy mal con su muerte pero gracias a la pequeña Esther ya ha pasado su duelo 🙏.

Le encanta que le den hojas y al ser tan pequeña de tamaño, se apaña muy bien.
Ella iba a ser una de esas victimas que no computan si quiera en las estadísticas. Que mueren en la propia granja víctima de la brutalidad con la que la ganadería trata a los animales.
Pero tuvo muchísima suerte y ahora tiene una familia que la adora y la va s cuidar y querer siempre.
