I absolutely loved growing my own sprouts 🌱! This was a fun experience and we get to enjoy these all week! The following clips are from my daily IG stories watching them grow! I bought the jar kit by @Sun&Sprouts from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B097CCQVRY?ref_=cm_sw_r_apin_dp_XH2HQEMT0Y8WGW4KB0S3 and the seeds by Nature Jim’s Sprouts also through Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08WLHYB1Q?ref_=cm_sw_r_apin_dp_AYPW9SVPRZ1N48D9XE3G Both products amazing and as you can see the end result fresh crispy broccoli, radish, alfalfa and clover sprouts 🌱!! We added the sprouts to sandwiches and wraps so far, but they are so good on their own! Rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and possible cancer fighter makes this veg a true powerhouse! I will definitely try incorporating them more into meals!

ameriamber The only sprouts I can find in stores here are alfalfa and they are mildly pricy for what you get. I want to grow my own but I’m scared I’ll do it wrong and make myself ill 😆1 likeReply
