Homemade curried chickpea tempeh. For the tempeh, I used about 800g cooked chickpeas(add about 1 tbsp acv, cool to room temp) with 1 tsp tempeh starter and 1 tbsp rice flour. Put into silicone bags, poke holes and leave in room temperature to ferment. Will be done in about 24hours or so.
