Are you able to distinguish your favorite types of plant-based milks in a blind taste test? We got three co-workers to try a variety of plant-based milks while blindfolded, and the results are in! The Bambara groundnut, or BamNut for short, is a regenerative crop due to its awesome nutritional profile, climate-resiliency, and ability to grow in degraded lands with minimal demands for input of resources.
They even rejuvenate said lands through its nitrogen-fixing roots! Shoutout to WhatIF Foods (@whatiffoods) for sponsoring this video. They have recently launched in the US. Be sure to try their BamNut milks, which taste like “blended peanut butter”. Our team recommends you to try it with your morning coffee. 🤤

tina360 How cool, I've never heard of BamNut before. I'm really interested in regenerative agriculture and permaculture type systems. Hope to see more of this! 3 likesReply
tina360 I'm in a few permaculture groups but they all have a huge emphasis and bias toward using animals and I often see anti-vegan comments. It's so frustrating and disheartening. Reply
