Was there ever a moment in your life when you thought that the world is perfect as it is and needed no change? Probably not. There are so many things that can and need to be better, it'd be impossible to list them. We all can and need to do better. Especially considering the state our world is in.
No one is perfect or will ever be, but we can improve one small step at a time. We can learn from each other and support each other on this never-ending adventure. If we do that the world will inevitably become better.
Today I'd like to introduce you to a platform called @abillion10 as I believe that being a part of it is a step in the right direction. It is "social media for social good", as stated on their website, and in my short time there I really enjoy it.
Abillion is a platform where you can discover the best vegan products, sustainable beauty, and ethical fashion products anywhere in the world. Not only that, you can write a review of a vegan product or dish that you enjoy and for each review, abillion will credit you $1. All credits you earn you can then donate to one of many non-profit organizations listed on their platform.
It's a win-win-win, you can find amazing products that other people reviewed, spread the word about the vegan products you like, and each time you do it $1 is donated to the non-profit you select. Besides that, you can find interesting articles posted by other abillion members, share and comment on them, connect with people and post your own articles.
It's a platform with a very positive vibe. I post my articles on abillion as well and I really like the experience so far. I think many people there were surprised at first when they saw an article written by a teddy bear, but they know better now;). So, we need more plushies there:).
