Every review can earn you US$1 of shares. Simply pledge the money we’ve put into your wallet to the program on your impact page. Of course, you can still donate as much as you’d like to any of the causes we support!
This change will supercharge our donation program, scale up the community, and magnify our combined impact many times over. Millions of vegan dishes and products will be purchased and reviewed by the community to support sustainable businesses worldwide.

santo-vegano Don’t get me wrong I would invest money in Abillion, just a different way than through reviews, Abillion is a great platform to help the voiceless, not being greedy or anything like that, I just believe the better financially I am the better I can help with personal monetary donations to sanctuaries or any movement against animal abuse and exploitation 6 likesReply

joanne71 This is amazing, thank you 🙏🏻 I tend to agree with danga that most people on here have a conscience and will continue to donate to the charities. I’m thinking of donating on a 2:1 ratio i.e. charities/shares. I also think people will probably be motivated to review more products, which will impact the charities. 😊❤️7 likesReply

I am not a vegan ! But always try to eat vegan food as much as I can without compromising family harmony! Can't agree with some people who think we're not vegan because we value ourselves more than animals! Maybe, there may be a small number of people who will do this, but I am convinced that as long as the members who give their best on this platform, no matter who they are, they will not stop donating to Sanctuary in need because of the benefits of "unknown equity" !
The goal for 2022 is that I want to have to review every day, it is not easy! But I'm willing to go the extra mile to make sure I do!

rosaliab Sounds like abillion needs money for future plans and doesn't know how to get it. So instead of saying "we need money to do X and Y", which would sound like too bussiness oriented, and people attracted to that are not their target, they come with all this discourse. I'd appreciate honesty. I appreciate too much sanctuaries to go on speaking my mind and this and related issues.1 likeReply
abillion “Hi @rosalib, actually in December, we closed our Series A, through which our founder Vikas raised US$10m, so we are quite okay for funds right now. We are also not asking members to buy shares. In fact, the opposite, we are offering all of you shares in gratitude for your engagement and content here on this platform, that we hope truly transforms the purpose and utility of social media. Of course, if members prefer to donate to our charity partners, we are very happy for them to do so. In fact, we are bringing even more and some really amazing non-profits into our Giving Program this year.”10 likesReply
rosaliab The fact is this proposal of yours means keeping some money in abillion that otherwise would go to charity. It's a way of getting money by keeping it. It's a way of capitalizing abillion. Enterprises seek capitalization by selling shares. It's true you don't do that. You offer to use money that otherwise would go to charity. But abillion gets money in the end. vikas That’s not true at all. We have consistently increased the amount donated every month. I’m not sure where the cynicism comes from. Even those doing good like abillion and our community get attacked by our own members. 😞 this is about rewarding the people, you and every other member for doing their part to help abillion grow. We are not making or receiving any money from this and in fact we think we’ll donate a lot more because of it. 5 likesReply

tinkx Interesting reviews. Not surprised! Personally I am not bothering about shares. This was always about helping innocents. Of course its the money. I had doubts. Singapore is a money hub. Family lived there for a long time.Reply
deechooses I think the more money people have the more they spend on vegan foods and this def increases the chances of people buy more vegan products to review a lot more like an incentive.. I completley get why some people are not on board with this.. but you still have a choice where you want the raised money to go.. as much as we'd like to believe otherwise the world does run on bills.. but this platform, unlike others allows you to add your kindness with money.. and if the world goes round in a symbiotic relationship with both, then why not?? I think this is a brilliant idea.. we are currently unknowingly funding animal abuse by buying from non vegan companies as is.. we need a greener and a kinder market and i think abillions entry in the market is just that..4 likesReply
fulfilling What about having an added option when abillion IPO for the individual, who have chosen to put their $1 credit into equity, to donate the shares to the sanctuaries or charities partners? In the end, the sanctuaries and charity partners can choose to sell the shares for immediate cash or choose to keep the shares to earn regular passive income in the form of dividends? If the dividends is significant, it can help with the sanctuaries and charities operating expenses. I don’t know the technicalities with the shares and stock exchange’s regulations, if this idea sounds good, maybe abillion can check it out. @abillion10 @vikas 3 likesReply

southernveganupnorth @vikas Would it be possible for us to have some kind of forum to discuss this and ask questions? It feels a bit redundant to have conversations in a comments box and I would like to better understand what this means, and the implications on sanctuaries when using our donations for shares rather than for them. vikas It’s your choice right? You can choose where to give the money you raise by choosing vegan. The net impact is that we believe we’ll donate even more to sanctuaries. 2 likesReply
