Happy to share what I did today! Was volunteer as a chef cooking Dinner at a non profit organization (NPO) (13 years old student from international school) means all of them (30 people) have plant-based dinner 🥳
The Japanese Curry with potatoes, carrot, yellow onion and basil. It went well with the rice 🍚 which I have forgotten to take picture 🤣
I created this special salad, broccoli, carrot, wild rocket, jackfruit, pomegranate, mango, Japanese cucumber, roselle, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes and lettuce from farm!
The citric dressing was made with mint, lime, lemon, mandarin orang, balsamic vinegar, sugar, lemon skin.
I decorate the salad with Honolulu flower, blue pea and marigold!! All the students & teacher were so satisfied with our innovative anyhow dish 🤣🤣🤣
So I just did 30 days (30 people) of Vegan food!!!
Hahaha! Just joking 🙃
