These square spring rolls were so flavorful.
They were filled with potato, just egg and violife cheeze.
They were a bit oily, that’s my only critique so they were heavy for my stomach but they were so tasty 😋
Also pretty convenient for a quick meal.
I cooked them in the air fryer. The dough came out crunchy and the filling soft and “melty” 👍🏼
