Review of Taiwanese Vegan Beef Slice - Verisoy by pigeonsformiles
TVP slices are an absolute MUST in my pantry! They're so easy to prepare, just hydrate in hot water for ten minutes, squeeze out and marinate as you like. My favorite way to make these is with char sui style spices, vegan oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and it is INSANELY GOOD!!! I've made it for people before who say it's like Chinese takeout and you'd never even know it's not meat. The nutrition is also excellent, high protein, no fat, low calories and high fiber. Total win, and of course most importantly, no direct harm and avoidable suffering caused to innocent animals.
