Review of Vegan platter at PEJA Grill - Slow Food by aroleia

Very cool way to get to know some of the local dishes from this country. My favorite ones were the stuffed pepper and the bean soup. However I did find the aubergine to be pretty hard, I guess some more time in the oven would have helped.
The menu is in English and is usually pretty busy, so don’t miss it!
