Review of Hydrating Camo Concealer - e.l.f. Cosmetics by bojanazl

Very good concealer. This one "Light ivory - light with neutral warm undertone". It is 6.19£ and does the work. I am not sure how to review makeup. It is not oily. It is matt, which I like.
