Review of Crunchy Ginger Salad With Tofu at Boni Beach Restaurant by kitchenwitched
This was one of our favourite dishes from the entire trip. Simple but packed with flavour and interesting textures. Chatted with the owner/chef, and the crunchy element (not peanuts — fried beans, of some sort?) comes from a traditional Lombok salad. Highly recommend and would eat again.
