Review of Veggie Tan Tan at Ramen Arashi by vegoutvictoria

This has worked its way to becoming my favourite ramen in Victoria. Better than the black sesame version. Creamy texture and nice umami, the right amount of kale noodles, tofu, crispy garlic, lettuce, spinach, red pepper, and corn.
