Friday night, hamburger night, and burger patties don't get better than this.
These are large potabello 🍄 , which I have oven roasted last night, marinated and braai'ed (BBQ) for slider burgers, my opinion, better than any burger patty.
If you have carnivor friends over, impress them with these sliders, show them #veganisnotscary
#mushrooms are #lowcalories #low fat but #highfibre and a #protein source.
These #portabellinimushrooms produced by Highveld Mushrooms were fresh and good quality 🍄 🍄. The green tray I reuse for seedlings.

I followed this #wickedkitchen recipe (they are mushroom masters), I only spiced my #portabellasteak with a Texan Steakhouse spice which I will review next.
