Review of oxfilépasta med svamp at Restaurang Chouchou by enkelvegan

I tried googling this word and I hope it's the right one; this is a vegan beef tenderloin pasta! The meat is from Juicy Marbles and 3D constructed, whatever that means haha. I can't compare it too animal meat because I don't really remember it that well but I liked it. Tasted like meat that has been in a stew for a long time! It was ridiculously expensive but really fun to try!
